I've always had good experiences with First Tennessee Bank, the personnel, their timely statements, the on-line banking. It's in a lovely location in the picturesque town of Erwin. I highly recommend it for banking. I've been with them now for about 7 years.
We went to this bank to open an account, and we waited almost 2 hours without even being greeted hello. A similar experience happened to someone else I know, and when they complained, they were treated as an inconvenience. I don't normally give bad reviews, but this branch is by far the worst bank I have ever visited. I would not recommend this bank to anyone.
