It seems we can't survive without Walmart. I've shopped here forever and do love the all in one spot shopping but you can't ever find an associate to help you anywhere unless they are at a register and those are very few. Thank goodness for the self checkout!
Not a lot of help on the floor, a bit messy but product is where it's supposed to be. As always there was only 3 registers open and it wasn't even that late at night.
Some of the employees treat customers as if the customers are there to receive free handouts. They are rude, unwilling to assist and talk down to you. Walmart is already losing neighborhood gas/grocery stores. If the employees think they are doing us a favor, corporate management better correct them. Because I, for one, will pay extra and shop at other non Walmart stores. Where employees are more people oriented.
Hate shopping here! Only continue to do so because of lack of options... Customer service counter treats people disrespectfully. Cashiers are RARELY friendly or nice. Employees are RARELY ever willing to help when you're shopping for that odd item. Pack your patience if you ever need paint mixed... no one ever "works in that department"... Weekends are a nightmare because of people chit chatting and clogging the aisles. Believe it or not, the prices at this store are higher than OTHER Wal-Mart stores (disgusting)! Never go here if you can avoid...
Do NOT order catering trays from this location. We ordered over $250 of catered trays for a formal occasion three weeks in advance of the event and was called the day before to tell us they did not have our entire order on their truck. We spoke with a manager after being on hold for over 45 mins and she said she would fix it. After we opened everything we realized, they gave us what they wanted to fill our order but not what we ordered. Save your sanity and go elsewhere!
