Dr. Harding in Erwin, TN is a compassionate Christian doctor. She is friendly and easy to talk to. She recently prescribed some medicine for me that got rid of a nagging skin rash. I will go to her again. I was even able to recommend her to a Hispanic friend since Dr. Harding spent time on the mission field and speaks Spanish fluently. Dr. Harding habla español.
I have been to many doctors before for many different medical reasons but l have never come across anyone as incompetent and inept as doctor Robin Harding. Why they allow her to continue to work there, even in the face of losing patients is beyond me. I do not know what she does on her time off, but I do know she is ill prepared to work when she is there. she has no recalling of the last visit and must use her tablet at all times and even then you have to remind her what pills need to be refilled and so forth. If you look at her experience on this page you will see that she is nothing more but a pill dispenser, and an uncaring one at that. I do not hate this woman personally but I must warn all of you what a worthless so called doctor she is. Totally Unbelievable. P.S. yes I no longer go there and actually it turned into a good thing as I have found a new very caring, real Doctor.
This is an excellent clinic to go to for basic medical care. The office staff is friendly and thorough. Dr. Harding is especially great. She takes the time to listen to her patients and uses their input to creates a wellness strategy for their overall health. This is a refreshing change from the "hey, how ya doing, what's your complaint, here's a prescription, now get out of here" approach i have endured from other physicians over the years. I give this clinic a strong recommendation for anyone who lives in the area.
The staff there is very sweet and caring people . I have gone there for 7 years and have never had a problem with the staff . The doctors are very nice to the patients . I hope that all the people that say that it is a terrible place to go realize they are wrong about what they said .
DRY CREEK MEDICAL CENTER USED TO BE A GREAT DR. OFFICE TO OBTAIN CARE BUT NOW THEY HAVE MOSTLY NEW NURSES AND NEW OFFICE STAFF AND THEY ARE NOT VERY PROFESSIONAL AND THEY ARE NOT AT ALL FRIENDLY. THE SUPPOSED OFFICE MANAGER AS SHE CALLS HERSELF NAMED LORA IS JUST DOWNRIGHT RUDE AND A HATEFUL AND THINKS SHE IS BETTER THAN EVERYONE ELSE AND THE BLACK HEADED GIRL THAT CHECKS PEOPLE IN IS JUST THE SAME. THE BEST STAFF THAT IS LEFT UP THERE IS AN OLDER LADY NAMED BILLIE AND SHE IS GREAT TO PEOPLE BUT AS FOR THE REST IT IS AWFUL. DR. HARDING IS TURNED THE SAME WAY AS SHE USED TO BE OK BUT NOT ANYMORE. YOU GET AN APPT AND SIT 3 HOURS OR LONGER WAITING AND THEN THEY CANT EVEN GET MEDS SENT IT RIGHT TO THE PHARMACY AND THEN YOU CALL AND TELL THEM AND IT TAKES DAYS TO FIX AND IF YOU ARE A CAREGIVER OR A FAMILY MEMBER OF SOMEONE WHO NEEDS EXTRA HELP THEN JUST KNOW NOW AHEAD OF TIME THAT YOU WILL NOT BE ALLOWED TO GO IN ROOM AND HELP THEM SO THAT IS A HEADS UP FOR PEOPLE CONSIDERING THIS PLACE FOR CARE. YOU BETTER THINK TWICE!!! IF YOU DO GO THERE DEFINATELY DO NOT TRUST LORA OLLIS OFFICE STAFF AND KIMBERLY HALL TIPTON SHE IS ALSO OFFICE STAFF AND NURSE EMMA ROBERTS THESE STAFF I HAVE MENTIONED ARE NOT TRUSTWORTHY PEOPLE AND DEFINATELTY DO NOT NEED TO BE WORKING IN THIS KIND OF WORK AND ALSO THEY HAVE BEEN REPORTED TO PROPER PEOPLE FOR THE WAY THEY TREAT PEOPLE AND ALSO LIE ON PATIENTS. SO THERE DAY WILL COME WHEN THEIR POSITION WILL BE GIVEN TO SOMEONE HONEST AND DESERVING. I SURE HOPE THEY SEE THIS I REALLY WANT THEM TOO. HAVE A GREAT DAY!!
