Nice paved trail for running, biking, and walking. We usually park in the lot next to Pal's. From there it is easy to run an out-and-back of 4 miles in either direction. One end terminates near an old historic family grave yard, the other near the beautiful Nolichucky River. Lots of scenery in between.
Excellent walking trail! Very nice with night lamps and paved walkway. Beautiful ponds and streams along with wooded areas. Extremely clean and is well kept up. Police on bicycles patrol the trail which makes it safe although, I have never heard of anything bad happening on this walkway. Approx 6 miles long and is setup in halves but anyone can walk any distance they desire.. I cannot comment enough and the extreme beauty this trail contains.
