Horrible service to the first responders by a manager in Erwin. This site advertises that all first responders and military to receive ten percent off of their bill. The manager informed my husband that he could only discount one item from our $48 bill, which the manager chose to discount a kids meal. This is not what is advertised and this location has now falsely advertised to their community. The manager in charge was not willing to fix it, he was insulting and rude to my family. I do NOT recommend going to this location because they do not honor their advertising discounts.
Ask for hot fries if I had to wait for them to cook. Didn't happen until I sent them back. Then the manager brought my plate to me with a fish lips face.
Love it but they got to work on them fresh wings last 3 times I've been getting half old n half fresh wings.
Good chicken but I asked for ranch three times at the speaker in the drive thru and they still didn't give it to me. It's a repeating thing. And wouldn't it make more since to have stuff like that at the window instead of walking halfway across the store to get it. It's the little things that make stuff quality
Above average cleanliness. Staff is OK. Nice Environment inside. Can be extremely busy so be prepared for a little of a wait.
