I was very happy with my care, very friendly staff and caring. Explained things to me and mentioned some other things to me and offered to help me with these things. My mom went there also as a patient, she was happy also. Worth the drive.
I was kept waiting 45 minutes in the waiting room with the TV blaring a truly offensive talk show program and then finally walked out without seeing the dentist. I won't be going back, because in my opinion, that's not the way to treat a new patient. The whole point of making an appointment is so they're expecting you and ready to perform the scheduled services. If they're not able to do that, they should let you know and reschedule. The TV shouldn't be on at all, and if it is, the volume should be muted. Something like the Weather Channel would be more appropriate. This office shows no consideration for new patients, and I would not recommend it to anyone.
