As well as being a patient, I bring many of my patients from an asst. living to this office. How a handycapped person is treated by a dr. or dentest, speaks volumes. They are all so considerate and gentle to us all. The ladies there have gone above and beyond to calm my patients down and are extreamly understanding with them. I would recommed this office to anyone. The only suggestion I would have is for the brick sidewalk be widdened so that handycapped people can be dropped off and picked up at that area.Many patients are dropped off there by H.A.R.T.S. and the patients must be pushed through that grass to the office. very difficult. It is a perfect drop off place for me but diffucult , but compared to the handcapped area provided, this is a much easier sullution. The level of care we are provided here much outdoes the building. We all love these people.
I got recommend to Lane and Accessories by a friend when I woke up with a really bad tooth ache Mary did her best to get me seen asap the wait was reasonable for being a walk in and everyone was extremely nice but Serena was super helpful and sweet and is just a all around AMAZING person I felt like she went over and beyond to make sure I was comfortable and was really good at explaining to me what was being done and exlplaining any concerns I should be aware of and how they are caused I definitely feel like she exceed all my expectations and was really genuine about it it really feels good getting good customer service and not being rushed I would definitely recommend Lane and Associates to anyone in the area

Staff is very polite and caring and as being new patients, they made me and my boys feel very comfortable. They take their time and do a very good job!! I would recommend them over any other dentist office!!
Staff is very kind and didn't have to wait long with a nine and ten year old. The staff was also very good with children and helped them from being nervous. Plus they got to watch there favorite cartoons while getting there teeth cleaned
